Melink® Intelli-Hood® Ventilation Controls
- Save up to 70% of energy costs.
- Optic sensors detect smoke and automatically increase the exhaust fan speed to properly ventilate the area under the hood during cooking.
- Temperature sensors monitor the exhaust air temperature and adjust the exhaust fan speed proportional to the heat load.
- The fan speed is controlled by a variable frequency drive.
- Keypad controls are used to control the fans, lights, and to program the Intelli-Hood® System I/O Processor.
