Standard Construction

Security grilles, registers, security diffusers, suicide resistant grilles and security bar grates/security duct barriers are available in a wide variety of standard types and styles. Custom configurations to meet almost any special requirement are also are available.

Security grates/security duct barriers are available in standard steel or with various combinations of hardened steel round, ribbed or flat bars. KEES has a full line of grates incorporating hardened bars meeting ASTM A-627 and ASTM A-629 standards. Contact the factory for information regarding the new ASTM F2542-05.

The American Society for Testing Methods A-627 & A-629 may not be applicable to products in all jail or prison work and must be specified in order to be provided.
