STANDARD CONSTRUCTION
Roof curbs and rails (equipment supports) are available in three
styles (canted, self flashing and raised cant) with a wide variety
of options and accessories.
Standard curb construction includes 18 gauge galvanized steel
with continuously welded seams, 1-1/2”, 3# density fiberglass
insulation, 8” height, and untreated wood nailer.
Standard rail construction includes 18 gauge galvanized steel
with continuously welded seams, 3-1/2” width, 8” through
24” height, and untreated wood nailer.
Construction/submittal drawings and rail loading data are available in PDF format, with some drawings in standard (read only) and form (text boxes) format. SUBMITTAL DRAWINGSAvailable curb options include: heavier gauge
material, aluminum or stainless steel construction, optional widths
of 3-1/2“ or 5-1/2“, optional heights to 24”,
treated wood nailer, no nailer, neoprene gasket, inside liner,
security bars, one way or two way pitch, damper shelf, damper
mounting shelf with damper drawer, hinged sub base, or vented
curb.
Available rail options include: heavier gauge material, aluminum
or stainless steel construction, optional widths of 1-1/2“
or 5-1/2“, treated wood nailer, no nailer, neoprene gasket,
flashing cap, one way or two way pitch, or reinforcement for heavy
loads.
SIZE AVAILABILITY
Curbs are available in a single piece up to approximately 120”
x 96” (depending on style and ability to load into a truck),
and can be made in multiple sections for larger size requirements.
Rails are available to approximately 138” to 144”
(depending on style), and can be made in multiple sections for
longer requirements.
