PENTHOUSES

STANDARD CONSTRUCTION

Penthouses are available in extruded aluminum using the 4” deep 45 degree fixed louver blade or in 4” deep 45 degree fixed drainable louver blade with corner posts. Two curb cap styles are also available.

OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES

Available options include bird screen or insect screen in rewirable frame, hinged roof, and locking hasp for hinged roof.

MATERIALS AND FINISHES

Aluminum louvers are available in mill finish, clear 204R1 anodized w/ clear lacquer on roof, duranodic bronze 312E anodized w/ roof painted with matching enamel, or coated with lacquer, primer, or color enamel.

SIZE AVAILABILITY
