Moisture or heat only exhaust hoods provide an overhead canopy for exhaust without any provision for introducing make-up air into the kitchen.

STANDARD CONSTRUCTION

Exhaust only moisture or heat only exhaust hoods are constructed of 18 gauge, type 304 stainless steel with a satin polish, and are NSF listed. All exterior seams are continuously welded, liquid tight, and are ground and polished to match the original finish of the material.

OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES

Available KF and KG options include: Aluminum construction, light fixtures, stainless steel or aluminum mesh filters, loose or mounted switches & pilot lights, end skirts, back splash (uninsulated or insulated), top enclosures, 16 gauge construction, and factory mounted collar.
KH hoods are custom manufactured to meet customer requirements.

SIZE AVAILABILITY

KF and KG hoods are available in a single section in any increment of length from 3' to 12' (longer lengths are obtained by butting multiple sections together utilizing factory supplied welded joint covers) and any increment in width from 2' to 6'. The height for KF hoods can vary in any increment from 2' to 3' and KG hoods can vary from 1'6" to 3'. KH hoods are custom sized to each dishwasher.
