K SERIES ADJUSTABLE SLOT DIFFUSERS FOR
T-BAR LAY-IN OR HARD CEILING APPLICATIONS, OR FOR MOUNTING ON ROUND DUCT.
STANDARD CONSTRUCTION
K Series adjustable plenum slot diffusers with 1/2", 3/4 ",
1" and 1-1/2 " wide slots are available in a wide variety
of types and styles up to 10 slots wide and 72" long. Both supply
and return units are available. Pattern controllers are adjustable for
air pattern deflection through 180 degrees.
Construction/submittal drawings and performance data are available in PDF format, with some drawings in standard (read only) and form (text boxes) format. OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES
Available options include: all white face, internal duct liner insulation,
internal or external foil faced insulation, inlet dampers with manual
quadrant lock, face operated inlet dampers, two slot units with or without
center tee, side tees, t-bar clips, surface mounting frame for use in
hard ceilings, continuous run construction, tegular ceiling mounting,
spline ceiling mounting, cross notch for cross tee, integral supply
and return plenums, top inlet collar, mitered corners, diffusers without
plenum (3-1/2" high), multiple collars, non-standard collars, non-standard
unit heights, all aluminum construction, and all stainless steel construction.
MATERIALS AND FINISHES
K diffusers are constructed of 24 gauge galvannealed steel with extruded
aluminum air pattern controllers with a felt edge. Factory furnished
tees and surface mounting frames are extruded aluminum. Standard internal
insulation is 1/2" fiberglass duct liner. Standard finish is black
face and interior, tees (if supplied) are off white.
