CUSTOM AIR CABINET

STANDARD CONSTRUCTION

Custom air cabinets are available in virtually any combination of width, height and length with a wide variety of grille types and finishes. The air cabinet is heavy duty two piece construction assembled with phillips head fasteners. Air cabinets are available up to 8 feet long in a single section with longer runs comprised of multiple sections. Air discharge is through 0, 15, or 30 degree extruded aluminum bar grille core along the full length of the cabinet, with a full length damper provided for uniform discharge and volume control. Inlet boots are field cut. Special configurations are available to meet special requirements.

OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES

Available options include other material gauges, end caps, wall trim strips, inside and outside corners, internal insulation, aluminum or stainless steel cabinet, toe kick, and debris screen.

MATERIALS AND FINISHES

The air cabinet is constructed of 14 gauge galvannealed steel top and front, 20 gauge galvanized steel bottom and back, painted with stock or custom color enamel. Grilles are clear anodized extruded aluminum with painted finishes also available.
