- Size Availability
- Stamped grill patterns are generally available in a single piece up
to approximately 120" x 46" overall outside dimensions of
the grille (including border). Some materials and patterns may be available
larger than 46", lesser limitations apply to hole patterns with
small holes. Larger gilles of unlimited size can be made of multiple
sections for field assembly. Consult the factory for details on maximum
size for any specific combination of material and pattern.
- Custom Patterns
- Custom patterns are available utilizing computer controlled water
jet cutting technology. This concept provides the capability to produce
a totally custom pattern or to match any pattern not available through
conventional stamping. Water jet cut grilles are also available in a
broader range of materials and thicknesses than stamped grilles. Contact
the factory for more details on the availability of custom water cut
grilles.
- Typical Specification
- Provide architectural stamped grilles as manufactured by KEES pattern
(pattern number), overall dimensions of (width x height), pattern dimensions
of (width x height), (material thickness), thick (matherial), with (finish)
finish, and grille mounting option (mounting option). Provide other
option(s) (as required: opposed blade damper (OBD), hinged perforated
panel (HPP), hinged solid panel (HSP), or other as required (describe).
