Air Mixer

Provide as shown KEES Air Mixer of .081" aluminum construction (or paintable galvanized steel having a prime coat finish (or epoxy enamel)) of size, performance and maximum pressure drop indicated. The Air mixer shall mix two or more airstreams of differing temperature to within +/- 6 degrees Fahrenheit of theoretical mixed air temperature and provide a more uniform air velocity contour entering a downstream filter or coil bank. Provide as shown KEES Air Mixer in a panel (Model PM), with Air Mixer of .081" aluminum construction (or paintable galvanized steel having a prime coat finish (or epoxy enamel)) of size, performance and maximum pressure drop indicated. The panel shall be fabricated of 18 galvanized steel (or of the same material and finish as the Mixer). The Air Mixer shall mix two or more airstreams of differing temperature to within +/- 6 degrees Fahrenheit of the theoretical mixed air temperature and provide a more uniform air velocity contour entering a downstream filter or coil bank. Air Mixer in a Plenum Model PMP

The plenum shall be fabricated of 18 gauge galvanized steel with 1", 1-1/2# density fiberglass duct liner (or 22 gauge solid (or perforated) liner over 1", 1-1/2# density duct liner) (or 22 gauge solid (or perforated) liner over 2", 1-1/2# density duct liner) (or uninsulated). The plenum shall have Ductmate flanges (or drilled flanges) for mating to adjacent sections. The Air Mixer shall mix two or more airstreams of differing temperature to with +/- 6 degrees Fahrenheit of theoretical mixed air temperature and provide a more uniform air velocity contour entering a downstream filter of coil bank. Air Mixing Box Model MB

Provide as shown KEES Air Mixing Box Model MB with Air Mixer of .081" aluminum construction (or paintable galvanized steel having prime coat finish (or epoxy enamel)) of size, performance and maximum pressure drop indicated. The plenum shall be fabricated of 18 gauge galvanized steel with 1", 1-1/2# density fiberglass duct liner (or 22 gauge solid (or perforated) liner over 1", 1-1/2# density duct liner) (or uninsulated). The plenum shall have inlet collars with Ductmate flanges, drilled flanges on outlet for mating to adjacent section, low leakage parallel blade dampers with leakage of less than 10 C.F.M. per sq. ft. at 3" W.G., mounting legs or rails as required and other options as listed. The Air Mixer shall mix two or more air streams of differing temperature to within +/- 6 degrees Fahrenheit of theoretical mixed air temperature and provide a more uniform air velocity contour entering a downstream filter of coil bank.
