HVAC APPLICATIONS ENGINEER.
We are looking for creative, energetic engineers with excellent communication skills. You will interact on a daily basis with our national independent rep network providing technical advice and sales quotations. We have a broad line of high quality sheet metal HVAC products. Our specialty is meeting our customer's needs with customized products. Our reps are often told that if you can draw it, we can build it. Designing and quoting these custom solutions as well as working on new products makes for a challenging and rewarding career. As a part of our team, you will work closely with our reps, our other engineers and our plant personnel. Along with this close collaboration you will also enjoy a great degree of individual freedom in making decisions.
Our product lines are focused on commercial sheet metal heating and ventilating equipment including air handling units, kitchen and industrial hoods, heavy grilles for security applications, decorative grilles for the architectural industry and many other air distribution products. Our reputation in the industry is one of providing high quality products in the shortest possible lead times. Our customers love working with us.
This position is located in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. This lake resort community boasts the Road America race track. Abundant outdoor activities can be found everywhere around us. In addition, the surrounding Sheboygan County area was voted a top place to live due to its family friendly atmosphere and low cost of living. Another part of the high quality of life in this area revolves around the active arts community which continually hosts national and regional acts.
Little to no travel is required. We do require a minimum 5 years experience in our field and prefer a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Excellent computer skills a must including familiarity with CAD. Good fits would include applications engineers, design engineers and manufacturer's reps.
